Delivery Details
Delivery will usually be the day before the event and pick up the day after. If your event is at a venue please add the venue bump in and out times in the notes section in the shopping cart so we can ensure we secure those timeslots for your booking.
Please note that there is an extra charge for late night (After 7pm) pick ups and also extra charges for stairs and lifts so please ensure that you declare this at checkout to ensure you are charged accordingly.
Once you have booked your items a team member will be in touch the week before your event to discuss delivery and pick up times.
