A. Most definitely you can. Viewings are by appointment only so to make an appointment to view our range please contact us via the methods provided below. We are open to the public on Mondays and Fridays however a booking is still required to ensure someone is there to meet you.

A. Our warehouse is not manned at all times, so to ensure that someone can wait for you to arrive or accommodate a different timeslot, you need to call on 0411 777 776 to speak with someone in relation to this. Please refrain from emailing as emails are not checked Fridays – Mondays as we are out on deliveries / set ups.

A. Your bond will be held until the items you hired are returned undamaged and in the same state that you received them in. This can take up to 7 days to occur from the date the items are returned. The funds will be returned to the same credit card that was used to pay for the booking.
